This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Kinetec Pty Ltd ("the Company") governing your use of the Repcorder application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this EULA, as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
▹ Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
▹ Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
▹ Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The App provides general information related to fitness, health, and nutrition. This information is not intended as medical advice and should not replace consultations with qualified healthcare professionals. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any new fitness regimen.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal and non-personal information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and its developers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any breach of this EULA or violation of any third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes any data loss, inaccuracies, or functionality issues you may experience.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
The App is in the community pre-release stage and may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. By using the App during this stage, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, including the state of Tasmania. Any disputes arising under this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
The Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.
